1. What is the temperature of the ocean at the end of April on the island and in which part of the island is it preferable so that the child can swim a little. The child is just over 2 years old. 2. There is an unpaid parking fine 6-7 years ago when I was last in Las Palmas in a rental car - will there be any problems at the entrance? I still can’t find the receipt, they never sent it, or maybe it was sent to the old address.
