We were unpleasantly surprised that, having arrived at 10 o'clock, we could not immediately get into the room, we were forced to wait in the sun until 12.30. Although there were plenty of rooms available. But thanks at least for letting me put things in the storage room. They didn’t want to hear about any breakfast, lunch. Since you have breakfast and dinner, then on the day of arrival you don’t get breakfast, since your hour is from 12.30, and at this time breakfast is already over. You don't have lunch. Come for dinner only. In Egypt (we were five times) we were always fed, even after school hours, whenever we arrived. But Europe is in crisis. Every cent counts. We walked a hundred meters to the right of the hotel, there is a shop "Aldi" (I think that's what it's called), there is a cafeteria, we bought sandwiches for 1 euro and coffee for 1 euro. Have a bite. You can also buy cheap water there.
There are two beautiful pools in the yard. Therefore, life improved a little when we changed into swimsuits in the storage room and refreshed ourselves in the pool.
Finally at 12.30 we were settled in the room. The air conditioner doesn't work. They called the receptionist. It turned out that the air conditioning system is turned off in the hotel from 9.30 to 13 hours. Although it would be better to turn it off from 8.30 (still cool) and turn it on at 12. Usually people from the beach come at 12, and the stuffiness in the room is incredible.
Well, I'm all about the cons and cons. There is also good. There was plenty of food. Especially liked the seafood, seafood paella, large shrimp, mussels, squid. There have always been watermelons and melons. Lots of fruits: plums, apricots, bananas, oranges. Several varieties of cheese. There were few salads. . At least they did Greek. But the vegetables were cut into large pieces. And there were waterings, olive oil, and others.
The beach is across the road. Hotels in Spain of this level do not have their own beaches. Therefore, an umbrella on the beach is paid-5 euros. Sunbed -5 euros. Daily. We bought an umbrella for 7 euros and used it. Take beach towels with you. Can be rented at the hotel for a fee.
The hotel staff could have been friendlier. Although I can’t say that they didn’t do something, if you ask. I am very grateful to Victoria, the manager at the reception, she brought greens when her daughter fell and broke her knee. The Russian speaking manager (unfortunately, I don't know his name) set up Wi-Fi on my phone. Grateful.
Every evening there are concerts and evenings. But I'm not a fan of this amateur performance. I can't rate. The hotel is more for people "after forty" The hotel has a lot of European pensioners.
I advise you to take excursions at the Natalie tour agency. They have the cheapest tours.

I read reviews about the hotel before the trip and in many ways they were useful, so I decided to write my own. The hotel is 3 *, so you should not expect more or more service from it : ) We settled quickly, an attentive Russian-speaking girl at the reception.
Our room was tolerable (from cheap ones), overlooking a shabby basketball court and neighboring hotels. The blanket hit. Have you ever traveled by train? Do you remember blankets from there? So it seemed to me that the decommissioned blankets of Ukrzaliznytsia went to this hotel as humanitarian aid.
The door on the balcony is transparent from floor to ceiling, and the open curtains are a paradise for exhibitionists : ) We did not turn on the TV (if this box of 20x20 cm can be called a TV), because with our eyesight it was useless and you have to take the remote control from it at the reception with a deposit of 10 euros. But we regularly monitored the news from the next room, as the audibility in this hotel is simply amazing. You can hear absolutely everything. At night, I woke up a couple of times from the fact that sorry... a neighbor farted behind the wall.
The Spaniards settled in the room to the right of us - swearing and scandals, slamming the door... As in a joke: "Castarato, impotent !! " Russian translation - "Go away, I don't love you anymore. "
In the room to our left are two ladies of a very late Balzac age from Russia (whose TV we listened to, as well as a careful selection of outfits by the closet): “Natasha, you are 1.5 m tall, what do you wash there for an hour in the shower? ".
The hotel itself is clean, nice staff. Here and there a little shabby sofas, but there is wi-fi in the lobby, although the speed leaves much to be desired. After talking with other vacationers, we realized that this hotel is even nothing, it can be worse : )
The dining room, and this is the dining room, does not smell like a restaurant. Each table is determined by the dining room staff and writes to you on a card and then you should eat at this table, and it does not matter that it is in the far left corner and that you are uncomfortable and uncomfortable there and do not like the neighbors at the next table. No, do not think, we are not particularly capricious young ladies, but given the main contingent of the hotel, you will understand us. 90% of the guests are people of retirement and “deep retirement” age, who have a false jaw, who “sips” soup, and who “sips”, who sneezes incessantly, scattering bacilli, who coughs... Of course, we would live to this age and look at us then, but you can’t throw words out of the song...
The food… It could have been better… By the end of the trip, fried, steamed, boiled eggs already made me sick… we read in a phrasebook that eggs would be “lousy” in Spanish, and so the breakfast was like that, egg : ) Oatmeal is not tasty, what yogurt something artificial, I don’t even know what to compare it to. But sausages are plentiful. In the evening, for dinner, it was pretty good to eat, and soups and meat and salads.
Near the hotel there is a “badega” : ) - a shop where they sell wine, very tasty sangria on tap (which is surprising, we usually sell such . . g on tap) and fruits nearby in a shop.
Beach. We liked the beach, and even despite the coolness of May, we were swimming, though we had to warm up the Hennessy from the Dutik. The sea is clean and beautiful. Probably at the height of the season it compensates for all the shortcomings of the hotel. The description of the hotel says less than 200 m to it - this is from the opera “Three bast shoes on the map in the forest”, maybe in a straight line on the map and 200m, but you have to go through the underpass for about 10 minutes.
The best thing about this hotel is its location, 15 min. walk to the left to the center of the town with the old church, grocery stores, souvenir shops and railway station for the train. And 20 minutes walk to the right to another train station. It’s better to go to the right, there is a booth with an aunt who sells train tickets and tells you where and when to go, and you can also buy a ticket from her for 27 euros, which includes a round-trip ticket from your station and a sightseeing bus, which the price will be more profitable than buying this ticket later in Barcelona. It is better to go to Barcelona early in the morning, especially if you want to ride the sightseeing bus and have everything in time. Drive a maximum of 1.5 hours along the coast. The view from the train is picturesque. Get off at the Plaza Catalunya station in Barca and be sure to check when the last train leaves and the path from which it goes (on the electronic scoreboard, find your station or stations following yours along the coast, and look at which path and after what time it arrives). Walk along the Square, there are maps on the streets, and if you have a ticket for a sightseeing bus, then you can immediately go to it, anyway, you will “ride” all the main attractions and they will give you a convenient map. There are no public toilets in Barcelona, but as it turned out, you can go to any cafe. Important information, especially after a liter of sangria : ). I think it makes no sense to talk about the city, you need to see it and there is a lot of information on the Internet.
We took a tour of PortAventura. Sea of impressions, it is worth to go and try. Slides and slides, a sea of emotions. We bought a video of how we rode the slides, we are still laughing : )) The road does not tire, Spain even from the bus windows seemed green to us, with beautiful houses, many flowers, beautiful seascapes.
I hope the review will be useful for someone. Have a nice holiday in a sunny country.

I don’t know who didn’t find the center there : ) they would take a map and see that the entire hotel “line” is not the center, but the outskirts of the city, and the center is located starting from the railway station, and inland, there are actually houses, shops and other, or people suppose. that the whole city is 20 hotels and souvenir shops, but industrial zones? : ). … More ▾ I don’t know who didn’t find the center there : ) they would take a map and see that the entire hotel “line” is not the center, but the outskirts of the city, and the center is located starting from the railway station, and inland, there are actually houses, shops and other, or people suppose. that the whole city is 20 hotels and souvenir shops, but industrial zones? : )... so 500-600 meters, that's right, we went there on business.
the town is calm, but I can’t say that it is quiet : ) like in all of Spain, European youth gives heat at night, but this did not scare us, we were ready for this.
we went with Natalie according to fortune, to be honest, after reading terrible reviews a couple of days before departure, I was preparing for the worst . . the hotel was extremely pleasant, yes, there is a smell of bleach in the pool, but the same smell in the pool in the Olympic village, (even more) where we go to swim in Moscow, they care about your own safety, comrades.
the hotel is beautiful, freshly renovated. nothing super-expensive, but everything is neat, clean, new, paintings on the walls, marble floors
the hotel is VERY clean, it felt like they cleaned it all the time, the room was cleaned every day, it was written about the towels that they were asked to throw them in the bathroom for a change (like think how many towels are washed in the world every day : ) I was so impressed by this association, that I tried not to get mine dirty and didn’t leave it even once in a week, but I still changed it a couple of times... , the maids never took away the tip that we left, even on the bed, on a piece of paper... air conditioning, hair dryer, TV - all in the room, working ok.
by fortune we got a view of the sea : )... although it didn’t bring joy to the elderly neighbors, because there is just all the partying and the cries of Italians drunk at midnight : ), but again, they were not afraid of me, the sea cooler. you get used to the railway and stop hearing after half a day, there were 2 mosquitoes in 10 days...
Separately, I would like to say about the food... I took three meals a day, and again, upset after the reviews on the topic that they are terribly fed in three rubles, very monotonous, etc. , I even regretted it, but....in general, we never ate outside the hotel (well, only on excursions), in 10 days I did not have time to try all the dishes, although I took three types of meat for lunch and dinner... and completely abandoned the mountain of sweet dessert (again in the name of meat : ), and although I’m small and fragile, I ate twice as much as my husband, an increase of 3 kilos in 10 days : )... everything is VERY tasty, pleasant chefs and administration, you don’t have time to remove the plates and blink an eye, after you leave, they immediately re-lay the tablecloth, although this table is assigned to you for the entire stay, and it would seem to you that the cleanliness of the table is no longer critical, but critical to the neighbors, it turns out.
a little noisy in the dining room, conversations and dishes, but that's what it is and the dining room, it is positioned as such, the restaurant is taken out separately, there is already food on the menu.
the hotel has its own territory, not very large, but sufficient, most hotels either do not have it, or it is much smaller, and there they fit both a double pool and a terrace, and a garden with palm trees, and on the other hand a green lawn with flower beds, tables and a nursery playground, swings and all that,
there is no animation, it’s true, some half-hour discos for children and average live music in the bar, but, let’s say, for a loud evening program, you can go to a nearby hotel (you can hear it all over the district, so they would just drown each other out ), and we personally didn’t go for animation, animation is Turkey and Egypt, Italy, and Europe in general, this is a different vacation.
I was especially impressed by the beach, there is always a place there, very clean, quiet, a lot of showers, urns, sunbeds, umbrellas, decent cafes, the sea is a little restless for my taste, but they also find charm in this, it was very cool to ride the waves, and in the morning departure pleased just the only quiet day by the sea : ) gladly swam goodbye
the only thing that strained was the transaero type "regular charters", the flight was transferred there four times, as a result, we took off 5 hours later, we sat back for 1.5 hours in a closed plane at noon right on the runway, and upon arrival another 1 , 5 hours (sanitary and epidemiological control is mandatory for all-all-all flights from Spain and not only, four from our plane were removed with suspicion and taken away).
