It's a shame to see such changes at a hotel we loved and enjoyed returning to for many years. We hope management will pay attention to the numerous comments from guests and take measures to improve the quality of their stay.

The response to any comments or legitimate complaints from guests is extremely strange and unconstructive—instead of resolving the issues, they simply suggest moving to another hotel.
