Further more: it turned out that on this day the restaurant’s terrace was rented for a birthday party (the admin didn’t bother to warn about this wonderful event by phone), so we, lying by the pool, had to listen for half a day to set up equipment, check music, microphones. In addition, almost all the waiters were concentrated there and you had to look for someone to order a meal. Naturally, during the celebration (which lasted from four o'clock in the afternoon until half past midnight), we were involuntary listeners of toasts, toastmaster's nonsense and a drunken disco, which was by no means part of our plan to have a QUIET rest. With such an attitude towards the guests of the hotel, there was no desire to stay the next day, and to return again ever too

The glasses look as if they had flowers in them for a year, and then, having forgotten to wash them, they were brought to customers. Cutlery is so worn that it would be better to give disposable. There is not even a cup for toothbrushes in the bathroom. And you need to be prepared that for everyone they will give one towel, which is just wooden from time to time, you can not dream of towels for the face and legs!

For breakfast, I had to wait for dishes for 1.5 hours and we are talking about elementary pancakes and cheesecakes. At the meeting (ordering a banquet) she came to us without makeup, with a dirty head and IN SLIPPERS. I was shocked. The waiters do nothing. The Marco Polo Country Club has a great atmosphere (like in Paradise)! The service is chic... I recommend taking it as an example to all establishments! The kitchen is simply beyond words! It seems that all the staff are selected by highly qualified specialists... There is everything for relaxation on the territory! My husband and I were going fishing, but we forgot our gear.

It seems that all the staff are selected by highly qualified specialists... There is everything for relaxation on the territory! My husband and I were going fishing, but we forgot our gear....the dear administrator was not immediately taken aback, but helped in solving our problem! They provided everything that was needed! There is no wifi in the rooms (this is very good, a rest from all the fuss), but behind soft sofas, with hot coffee or cocoa at the bar or reception, you can use wifi... The nature is gorgeous! I want to express my deep gratitude to the head of the institution for the "Paradise Corner", away from the bustle of the city and problems! I recommend the Marco Polo Country Club to everyone!

The kitchen is good, well prepared. The indoor pool is great. Open - cold, a sea of bleach, the children threw chocolate ice cream there - so it floated there all day. On weekends, the contingent is different - a lot of swearing is heard around the pool. But this is not the institution's fault.
