*Pros: *
- the practical absence of Russians both in Marsa Alam itself and in the hotel,
- nature away from urbanization;
- a good opportunity for a romantic vacation with the presence of beautiful locations for photo zones,
- a large and well-groomed territory of the Pickalbatros Portofino Villagio and Vita hotels as one large complex with the possibility of using all the benefits of both hotels,
- clean and shameless sea, no oil in the sea from yachts and boats, because there is no mooring near the hotel,
- accommodation in small hv of different locations depending on preferences,
- beautiful underwater world in the sea from a full-fledged stationary pier,
- constant presence of a group of rescuers both on the pier and on the beach,
- wonderful and adequate reception management, which understands what customer orientation is;
- availability of a Ukrainian-speaking representative from guest relations,
-European contingent of vacationers (Poles, Czechs, Italians, Germans),

*Cons: *
- desert behind the hotel and, accordingly, the lack of direct shopping behind the hotel,
- imperfect sandy sunset even in the lagoons (it is better to have aqua shoes), - ban on swimming in the sea after 18.00 for the safety of tourists,
- depending on the season, the presence of tides is possible;
- light replenishment of the minibar in the rooms;
- lack of fresh strawberries in the hotel of a country that has several harvests per year and sells them all over the world.
*Possible ways to improve the work: *
- setting up an automatic filling ice cream dispensing system;
- the need to duplicate the main hot meat, fish dishes, watermelons, etc. in different places of the restaurants to ensure the absence of queues;
- setting up uninterrupted operation of showers on the beach (low stands specifically for the feet work mainly with low pressure);
- arrangement of a changing room in the part of the beach closer to the Soprano restaurant;
- obtaining another star for the hotel with the formation of a good network of a la carte restaurants.
