2. What did you like about the hotel and its territory? We understand that the hotel is 3 * and it corresponds to them. The pool is small and always clean (with a children's area). Before lunch, the entire pool is in the shade, which is good for children. There is no territory as such: a patio with a swimming pool, sun loungers and tables with sofas. Cleanliness is everywhere, even sit on the floor) There are critically few tourists, so it’s not crowded and quiet. The food is modest, but you can eat and you will not stay hungry. I liked the yoghurts and the cake. The coffee is terrible.
3. Advantages and disadvantages of the room: we had a family room (consists of 2 rooms), because traveled with three children. All fit. They provided a crib for a 2 month old. My daughter slept in it without any problems. The room was old, but it was looked after: fresh paint, furniture not broken, not scratched, without stains. Everywhere is clean. The air conditioner hangs only in one room, so you need to open the doors to the second one so that cold air comes there too. It's a little uncomfortable: it's cold in one room, but still hot in the other. For air conditioning, you need to pay 10 euros per day, or 50 euros per week (there were tourists who paid 50 euros for 10 days). Household appliances include a hairdryer and a refrigerator. There is no drinking water in the rooms, but there were plastic cups. There was soap and shampoo in the shower. The room is cleaned every day. Towels and sheets are changed as they get dirty. We had a view from the window of a neighboring house, which suited us perfectly. We needed a quiet room, and the alley was always quiet. And there was no time to look out the window.
4. Service is great! I have never met such a kind and helpful staff in any hotel. The owner and his three adult children personally work in this hotel, not counting other workers. Helped resolve any issue. We took an excursion to Santorini and had to leave older children with a nanny, so they found a nanny for us, despite the fact that there is no such service in the hotel. The nanny, by the way, was a calm and modest girl, whom we paid 60 euros for 12 hours. We did not check out as expected, at 11:00, but when the transfer arrived for us, which was a few hours later. Call a taxi, arrange a tour at a good price - all this can be done at the reception.
Rest were satisfied. Greeks are wonderful people.

Let's start with the fact that this is a city hotel, in general, for this place there are no such large areas, but it can be described as a well-kept hotel. This is not a hotel of the last years of construction, I think it is even in the early 90's, but it is well maintained, trying to maintain it in adequate and satisfactory condition. What we expected, we got.
In fact, few parts of the corridor are tiled. When someone walks in the room, you can hear everyone who is walking and when.
Let's start with the fact that there are numbers of two different categories.
Updated and not updated, the bathrooms in the renovated rooms are already in good condition, of course I recommended to stay in these rooms, but in fact we had a room not updated, so we do not have such critical remarks. We knew what it would be, saw the photos on the booking there showing both updated and non-updated numbers. Of course there is a price difference between these numbers.

The hotel is the most common three, so you should not expect anything supernatural. The staff is friendly and always happy to help. In the mornings, the director of the hotel Anastasis himself is on duty, and in the evenings Dimitris and Maria. Russian, unfortunately, no one speaks here. But our primitive level of English was enough to understand us)))) The check-in went perfectly. We flew by Ellinair company early in the morning, by 9:00 we were at the hotel. Our joy knew no bounds, as we were told that we could immediately check into the room and go to breakfast.
The room we had was the most budget one with a view of the surroundings, but at the reception they said that they would provide a room with a view of the pool completely free of charge, since it is free. The room itself is cramped, but for two it will do, there is a small balcony. The bathroom had shampoos, soap, hair dryer. Wi-fi is free only in the lobby, in the room for an extra charge of 5€ per day. Air conditioning is expensive, of course, but without it in any way. So prepare 10€ for a day or 50€ for a week. And also bring a fumigator with you, as there are a lot of mosquitoes.
There are no nutritional questions. We took breakfast and dinner. Breakfast included fresh and stewed vegetables, cheese, ham, yogurt, jam, nutella, honey, pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, scrambled eggs, snacks, milk. Drinks - coffee, tea, water, juices at breakfast for free. At dinner, only water is provided, everything else can be ordered at the bar for an extra charge. Yorgos, a very cheerful and talkative guy, works at the bar in the evenings. At dinner, several salads, side dishes, meat dishes, sometimes there was fish and mussels.
Pebble beach 7 minutes walk from the hotel. You can stay not only on sun loungers, but also on your bedspread.
The hotel pool is small, there are few sunbeds, it is open from 9:00 to 19:00. In the morning, it’s real to find a place by the pool, in the late afternoon there are more people.
The representative of Mouzenidis (our tour operator) Yana was at the hotel almost constantly, helped to find a common language with the reception, always kindly and politely communicated with all the guests, tried to give everyone maximum attention.
Check-out here until 12:00. We had a late flight. Here you can leave your suitcases in the storage room, go to the sea or lie down by the pool, and then take a shower. So, all comfortable conditions are created.
I recommend the hotel, the service is excellent, the food is delicious)) I think we will return to Greece, thanks for the hospitality!! !

Stayed in this hotel in June with a friend. It's a normal trio. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am, were surprised that we were fed breakfast. It's a normal trio. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am, were surprised that we were fed breakfast. The room was ready by 11:00, although the check-in time is from 15:00. We booked an economy room with a view of the road, but to our surprise, they gave us a room with a view of the pool for free, we were extremely happy about this. The room is neat, small, cleaned to the conscience. Air conditioning here is paid 50 € per week, or 10 € per day. Safe €3 per day but we didn't use it. Wi-fi is good at the reception, but not in the rooms, only for an extra charge of 5 € per day. The pool is small, there are enough sunbeds, there are also all sorts of inflatable circles that you can take for free and swim with them. There weren't many kids, and they didn't make much noise.
Meals were taken only for breakfast and dinner. You could sometimes change dinner for lunch. The restaurant is small with little variety. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, vegetables, cheese, sausage, yogurt, jam, pastries, sausages, bacon, breakfast cereals, coffee, tea, juices. At dinner - vegetables, salads, pasta, potatoes, fried fish, stewed vegetables, drinks for an additional fee at the bar (water is poured for free, coffee around 3 €). In order not to drag packs of water from the supermarket, we bought a pack of water at the reception for 2€. Supermarket Chalkiadakis is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The prices there are reasonable, the locals also stock up there, the choice is good, almost everything you need is there. To the embankment 7 min. to go, you need to go along it and look for sandy pieces, because there are stones everywhere. If you walk 20 minutes to the left along the promenade there is a nice sandy beach of the Creta Maris hotel.
The hotel has a tour guide Yana from Mouzenidis Travel. She met us upon arrival, helped with the check-in, told us in full information about the island, and guided us according to the excursion program. She bought an excursion to the island-reserve of Chrissi and the Cretan evening. On Chrissi we had a full rest on the beach and got a good tan, and on the Cretan evening we danced heartily and tried Greek cuisine. The lamb in the evening was excellent! I liked the organization of excursions, everything is clear, well-coordinated, the guides tell a very exciting story and know a lot of interesting things. I think that this is not our last trip to Crete. We wish the Agrabella Hotel prosperity and a good season. Our vacation was a success, thank you!

I would immediately like to note the excellent location of this hotel: we drove from the airport in 25-30 minutes, which was very pleasing. We arrived at the hotel late, checked in quickly, went up to the room, and a “late dinner” was already waiting for us there. Very nice, thanks a lot! The room is clean, spacious, comfortable, with a balcony, large beds, TV, hair dryer. Cleaning was carried out daily and efficiently. We lived in room 208 overlooking the main street, the sea. Despite this, it was very quiet. Everything you need is within a 2-3 minute walk: bus stops, large supermarket Halkiadakis, pharmacy, national bank. Walk 6 minutes to the beach, very fast. Food is quite
delicious, took breakfasts and dinners: for breakfast there were always fresh vegetables and fruits, pancakes, yogurts, meat and cheese cuts, eggs, pastries. For dinner, as a rule, salads, rice, vegetables, meat, fish stew and, of course, ice cream, watermelons / melons. There were few of our fellow citizens, mostly Europeans lived in the hotel, the Greeks themselves. A wonderful, attentive girl, the receptionist Maria, was very friendly, throughout the rest, she always communicated with us with pleasure, answered our questions.
The Wi-Fi worked great in the reception area and next to the pool. Internet in the rooms for a separate fee (5€ per day). From the excursions we visited the island of Spinalonga, Unexplored Crete and, of course, the water park. Excursions were taken from our hotel guide Daria. She not only promptly resolved our organizational issues, but also advised us on really good, meaningful excursions. We are very satisfied with our stay and would like to repeat it again.

Cleaning in the room - not so hot, changed the garbage bags and left. Dirty floors, plumbing, etc.
Change of towels every 3 days, linen every 7 days.
Swimming pool and bar on site.
Very noisy, and the Greeks themselves hang out in the evenings. There is no sound insulation from all sides, even the balcony, even the doors. You can hear everything walking along the corridor, opening and closing the door, talking, and so on. Some kind of dorm.
Probably the last hotel on the 2nd line and 200-300 meters from the sea across the road.
The rooms are ascetic. Damp. The shower works, but the mixer almost always gives out boiling water, it is difficult to set up.
The food is not bad, a lot of greens, vegetables, local and for dinner, too, with meat and soup + desserts, not gorgeous, but it will do. Dinners at 8E.
The staff behaves quite in accordance with the status of the hotel: in a popular way, hospitably, but with some non-compliance with the norms of behavior in the presence of vacationers. They can yell at each other for working jambs or for the fact that something or so was taken out during dinner, everyone staggers around the hotel, rumbles among themselves, but they don’t forget to smile and greet you.
In general, after it I realized that I didn’t want to go to 3 anymore.

The weakest point of this hotel is the food. For breakfast, they give yesterday's Greek salad, which was not even stored in the refrigerator. As a rule, sour milk, sometimes chopped yesterday's watermelons in water. Hot chocolate (the only decent drink) is filled into the vending machine for 5 cups, then whitish water is poured. At lunch, they often make all kinds of casseroles from the leftovers from yesterday's dinner. Dinner is more or less decent (against everything else), but there is no choice. They cook one dish (for example, chicken or lamb), and if you don’t like it, then eat somewhere else.
Air conditioning, fan, hairdryer for a fee. Three stars does not pull at all.
No soundproofing.
