We went in four, my husband and son and grandmother for 12 days. We had everything incl, two different rooms side by side.
I'll start in order: very close to the airport, only 15-20 minutes and we were at the hotel. Upon registration, we were settled in 2-bed rooms in the second building (behind the pool) on the 5th floor overlooking the mountain and the sea. We didn't pay anything for it. Well-decorated rooms, one in blue, the other in pink. The room has a safe - 2 euros per day, if you buy - then immediately for all the time, so we bought a safe the next day, because. moved in the evening and without the last day. There is also air conditioning - 6 euros per day, but we decided not to buy it - we slept with the window open - it is always cool in the evening (not like during the day, but not like in Russia). At check-in, we were asked immediately after we take things to the room - to go to dinner. And despite the fact that there was one hour left for dinner, they all waited for us and fed us well (about 75 people entered together with us). ALL staff are friendly and helpful. The food is very good: every day for lunch and dinner 2-3 types of meat and fish every other day. For all the time the set of dishes nirazu not repeated. There are several types of garnish to choose from, the freshest vegetables from which you yourself can make a salad and there were always 2-3 types of ready-made salads, there were watermelons and melons from fruits, a delicious cake was baked every day, as well as various pancakes, buns, cheesecakes, pies . Kushnya mesnaya, but EVERYTHING is very tasty. There was no portioned food - eat as much as you want. Juices for breakfast, various muesli, one kind of porridge, pastries, cookies, cheeses, cuts, vegetables, scrambled eggs, sausages, coffee. In general, we liked the food - at home. Every day the room was thoroughly cleaned, bed linen was changed every three days, towels were changed more often. Once we came to the room, we had just been cleaned, the cleaners killed in the neighboring rooms, in general, our son brought a lot of different stones from the sea, began to lay out and scattered them on the floor tiles, we collected the stones - there was sand, which is not very I wanted to walk. I asked the cleaner to sweep - she swept and washed everything with a smile and without any discontent. The sink in one room was leaking - we left a request for reception - the next day everything was fixed and there were no problems. Regarding toilet paper - in each room we always had 2 rolls. There is no hair dryer in the rooms, I took my hair dryer with me.
The town is calm, there are many shops, various cafes, there is an Internet cafe where you can get 8 minutes of your time for 0.5 cents - there are car washes - you throw money, you get the Internet. Greek coffee is excellently brewed nearby. Souvenirs are no more expensive than in neighboring towns, but you can go to the neighboring town, about 15-20 minutes drive from the hotel - there is a central street, probably a couple of kilometers on both sides of various shops - there is more choice.

We rented a car for three days - I recommend NIC rental, there are two of them - one next to the hotel, the second on the beach from the garlic 20 meters to the left, right at the turn. The man speaks Russian very well and appreciate them below all other rentals. The Peugeot car cost us, it seems 207 (or 307) for 90 euros for three days. We only bought a trip to WATER CITY from our guide (30 euros per person + 25 euros for children), everything else is very expensive, you can buy from locals much cheaper and not only these excursions. We traveled almost the entire island by car, were at least in all parts of the island, swam on various beaches, went to museums ourselves, right next to the hotel on arrival we bought a book about Crete for 8 euros, where all the sights are detailed, made a route and three days in one go. We saved a lot of money, as the guide tickets are simply many times more expensive. On average, a ticket to the museum is 5-6 euros per person, and our son, he is 8.5 years old - everywhere without a fee. For each day of the trip, we ordered lunch from the reception with us. Only there it is necessary to submit an application before 6 pm, we immediately signed up for three days. Packed lunch: chicken leg, vegetables, fruit, egg, bread, pastries. Lunch on the trek. Plus, we bought different fruits, far from hotels - very cheap grapes - 1 euro / kg, peaches - 1.5-2 euro / kg, apricots - 2 euro / kg. Water from the refrigerator costs from 0.3 to 0.7 cents per 1.5 liters without gases.
The sea is simply magnificent, cool in the morning, warm during the day, even very warm in the evening when it is already dark - if you come in, you don’t want to go out !! ! Walk 5-7 minutes from the hotel. There are many beaches, if you go from the hotel to the sea, you usually get out just where the garlic is, it remains a little to the left. If you immediately go down to the sea - the cleanest bottom, a small piece of about 10 meters, where there are no stones, you can swim without slippers, in all other places it is better to go into the water in shoes, which you can also buy in a store that sells everything for swimming, such slippers cost 4-5 euros a pair. In fact, you can buy everything there: from a swimsuit, sunscreen, diving mask to all sorts of things that are necessary for relaxation and everything is no more expensive than in Russia, some things are cheaper.
As for the territory of the hotel - a small, small swimming pool with different levels of water, sun loungers around, many different trees, beautiful shrubs, everything is clean. We spent some time at the pool after dinner, because. too much sun bakes from 13-15 o'clock.
The restaurant is on the 5th floor, beautiful waters up the mountain, a bit of a sea view. In the evening it is beautiful to watch the sunset during dinner, if you come at the end of the time. The waiters are very helpful. There is no animation, but we didn’t really need it, the city is beautiful - there is where to walk, only in the evening you can safely go shopping, they work late, it’s cool in the evening. Everything is great.
In general, we really liked it, there were no problems, the hotel in full pulls for 3+ in our opinion.
