how I rested on a yacht in Croatia
I would like to share my impressions after the holidays. This year, my husband and I decided to relax on the Adriatic. I heard a lot about the clean and warm sea and finally decided to see it with my own eyes. We were looking for a tour, but hotels are now so expensive. Accidentally came across an advertisement for a vacation on a yacht. My husband was once fond of this business, even went to the circle in childhood. Well, here it is. We went by bus from Uzhgorod. I was afraid I couldn’t stand the heat on the road, but nothing, air conditioning, and only 10 hours on the freeways.
We arrived at the place - marina Dalmatia, the city of Sukosan-Bibiene. We joined the group, so the rest of the team was waiting for us on the spot. In total, there were 6 of us on the yacht + the skipper. We got a good team, quickly became friends. We cooked fish soup together, moored together and all that.
The yacht was small, sail-motor. Sun Odyssey 39. It was comfortable, but at first it was unusual that water, in principle, is better to save, even washing dishes in the sea. But I liked it even better.
My husband even began to replace the skipper quietly. He liked it very much. We bathed, the water is just fresh milk, beyond words. And what a clean one: at 10 meters you can see the bottom, like crystal. There are a lot of fish, but we never managed to catch them. Our skipper Bogdan is a cool guy. We all helped him. I was in charge of the anchor. 10 meters anchor! - I heard the command and ran to the bow of the yacht to execute!
Our route was busy, maybe even too much sometimes. Seen many places. We were in Skradin, Sibenik, at the waterfalls of the Krka River (a beautiful place, but no more, I don’t know why there are so many tourists there), Primosten, Vodice, we looked at the blue cave. Shibenk liked it very much. We moored right to the central pier - right to the city center. Watched the evening life directly from the deck. And in the evening we drank wine by candlelight - all the passers-by envied us. Oh, I could tell a lot, so many impressions! Oh yes, we traveled with the tour operator Blue Bay Yachting, they are in Kyiv. Thank you very much, they helped us a lot and generally told everything in detail, prepared us (I was on a yacht for the first time). After the flight, we are now friends with them.
