Spit is a city with an interesting history and an impressive old fortress (I will not argue about Dubrovnik - I like Split more). It was necessary to be there and in times of Federal Yugoslavia and then - the nature given by the Lord God the basic ornament of the country - has not changed. The beaches are covered with pink boulders and small pebbles, the water is clean, and its COLOR! ! ! ! ! -it's just a miracle (how to sail on a boat away from the shore -as if the blue ink was poured into the sea and at the same time very well visible all at the bottom). The cuisine is varied, and the fish is prepared with a razor sauce - (according to our nettles) Delicious. Mountains near Split, so in the morning it seems that snow fell on top. Interesting ferry trips to the islands. In short: "Croatia is a small country for a great vacation! " I advise everyone to go.
