We made a request - conditions for the disabled - only showers, lower floors, elevator, internet. The money was taken from the card on 10.11. 2011, at the same time RatesToGo informed that only the hotel can guarantee requests, which was done, only without a shower. Upon arrival at Kiraly ut. 13 I had to walk with my disabled wife through the yards of 7 buildings (there was a "brick" for the taxi to enter) and carry luggage. It was the first "Stalin's blow", the second one was brought to the last attic floor, windows overhead, 3 - there is no rubber mat in the bathroom, you can become disabled on the 2nd entry, 4 - the Internet does not turn on. On the same day they refused to stay, transferred us again with luggage in hand to the K-9 residence, the room is small, there is no table and chairs, only a bar table and 2 bar stools, after 2 days they transferred us to Agape Apartments 2 *, whereand now we live, the washing machine has not been working for 5 days, we had to take the towels to the reception ourselves to be changed for the 4th day (changed every 3 days). We don’t count how much money we lost, the level of 2 * and 3 * apartments should be different, but I warn everyone that the apartments in Budapest in the pictures do not correspond to reality at all, perhaps they are intended for young people who give a damn about everything. And we wanted to buy an apartment here!
