And this is BUT the hotel The Nubki Resort 3* South Goa, we relax in different hotels with different star ratings but Tubki doesn’t even qualify for 2* and here’s why:
Pros:
Cool small pool. That's all
Minuses:
1. The staff, who generally don’t care what’s going on with you, speak very poor English, always with dissatisfied faces.
2. Breakfast is just terrible, the only thing you can eat is eggs and toast. They do not monitor the replenishment of food, sugar, and milk.
3. The rooms are a different story that shocked us, to say that we were very upset is to say nothing, but we took a Delux room.
There are cracks in the walls, cobwebs on the chandeliers and sconces, a broken bathroom, the shower is leaking, the drain in the shower is clogged and the water won’t drain, the balcony looks like it was after a bombing, the view from the balcony is of a neighboring plot of private houses where a dog is constantly barking, people are swearing and burning something.
4. Several times they asked for water themselves, although they should have brought it.
5. When leaving the hotel at three in the morning, there was no one at the reception as they were all SLEEPING. There was no one there to take the room, etc.
6. The icing on the cake. On the last day they completely forgot that there was anyone in the room. No water, no cleaning, nothing at all.
The hotel doesn’t just need renovation, it needs reconstruction!!!
Bottom line: I definitely do not recommend this hotel for booking. Terrible hotel. Terrible staff. Terrible service.

They put me, my husband and daughter in a terrible room on the third floor, with an old wooden door to the balcony, overlooking the courtyard. This was not the first time I had vacationed there, I always stayed in good rooms, I didn’t even know that such a room could be there. They always forgot to put towels for my daughter (they didn’t remember that there were three people and not two). On the penultimate day they forgot to give water at all, they ran around asking for them. On the day of check-out, there was no one at the reception at all, they waited until they came to wake up....At breakfast, she constantly walked and asked, either to add sugar for coffee, or to add milk, they didn’t even keep track of what was missing. In general, think before your trip whether it is worth relaxing in this hotel, we will not return there again.

We arrived very early, but they settled us almost instantly and at no extra charge. They took breakfast. The kitchen has a lot of spices and therefore the room stank ((We ate outside. The room is clean. But a little "killed" by life) They cleaned every day, changed towels, even brought a fresh newspaper! ) The staff is friendly. Against the background of other hotels, "Tubki Resort" looks just like royal mansions)) It takes 5 minutes to stomp to the beach on foot. And this is not Palolem Beach, as the guidebooks promise, but Putnam Beach. The beach is clean, calm and very beautiful. Actually, most of the time was spent there)) We dined and dined there: there is continental cuisine for adequate money, and the freshest seafood)) Although on the way to the beach you can see shacks, heaps of garbage, and walking cows (India, nevertheless ))) It did not spoil the mood. If you have gathered in GOA for new impressions, you will not regret it. And this hotel will suit you. If you are used to "five-star olynchusif", then look elsewhere.
