We are currently staying at this hotel. The most basic huge minus is the complete lack of soundproofing in the room, both vertical and horizontal. It's impossible to sleep at all. You always know who is leaving and arriving, you can even hear quiet conversations in neighboring rooms. Moreover, we were accommodated in a room with a window on the trash can, where every morning at 6.00 a garbage truck arrives and dumps the cans with a terrible roar. Last night, we asked the reception for an elementary early breakfast for today at 6.30 (not even at 5.00, as they usually leave for excursions), as a result, they came for breakfast - the coffee machine does not work, there are not even the promised croissants. . . A sleepy Russian-speaking waitress, instead of apologizing and trying to resolve the situation, said that breakfast at the hotel from 7.00 and like you go through the forest! The boorish and unfriendly attitude of the Russian-speaking staff of this hotel is simply amazing! We understood that this was a 3 * hotel, but we clearly did not expect such a dismissive attitude towards ourselves. Before the Italians, they fawn and smile, and Russians are considered second-class people. We will demand from the tour operator the replacement of the hotel and compensation for the spoiled vacation! Avoid this hotel!
