I've been in various threes all over the world. I understand perfectly well that 3 * is not a super service, but... I did not expect such horror!
The hotel is located very far from the city center. I had to get there by bus. Walking for 50-60 minutes (we spotted), despite the fact that we are a young couple, we walk pretty quickly. The bus runs according to the schedule approximately once an hour, more often in the morning. Please note that the schedule changes on weekends, the bus runs every four hours. But this is not the worst thing for us.
The room was overlooking the sea - the view is beautiful. And that's it. Nothing more good to say. The room is terribly cold, because of the cracks, the wind blows through the room. The bathroom has a terrible smell due to mold. Actually the mold itself is visible to the naked eye on the walls. If you open the window to ventilate, it's cold. If you close it, a greenhouse effect is created due to the sun's rays, an unbearable stench rises! Hot water is rare! I often had to wash in cool water, given that it’s not May and it’s cool in the room, the pleasure is not pleasant, I’ll tell you. Apparently the water temperature depends on the number of people taking showers in the hotel at the moment.

Towels were changed twice, no more, for all 10 days of our stay. The floors have never been washed! We entered a dirty room and left it. I had to walk around the room in street shoes.
That's not all. One day we returned to the room with an unmade bed. Going down for a walk, asked the administrator to clean the room. To which we were told that the room was cleaned only in the morning. "But our room wasn't cleaned today, " we remarked. The administrator said that the rooms are cleaned from 8 to 12, and that we may have been in the room all this time. Nothing like this. We left at half past ten and were out until 4 pm. "OK" - the administrator answered, asked for the room number. We returned to the same uncleaned room with the bed not changed. We didn’t go to swear, because didn't want to spoil the holiday.
The breakfasts are terrible. For those who are not tempted, maybe a ride. We went down the first morning at 8. By that time there were no dishes, no one thought to put out a new one. The coffee from the coffee machine is as disgusting as you can imagine. Given that we are in Italy, this is a nightmare!! ! A teenage boy was in charge of the kitchen, apparently the son of the owner-administrator of the hotel. Doesn't know English well. It took a long time to explain what we needed, spoons, plates, etc. No more going down for breakfast. We had breakfast in the city.
Finally. Chatted with roommates across the balcony. I asked how they were doing (well, all of a sudden, we were just unlucky with the number, or we somehow offended someone that we are so persistently not wanting to clean the room). No. The situation is the same. Same refrigerator with mold in the shower room, same dirty floors and towels!
The hotel sucks! For those who still decide to go - good luck and patience!
