The overall impression is very unpleasant. Dirty, noisy, cold (were in November). There is no attitude of the staff, the administrator (dark little guy) without a mobile phone at the ear, I have never seen at all, and you can stand in front of him for at least 10 minutes, he still won’t react in any way, please change the broken light bulbs (3 out of 4 in the room) for a week of stay they did not find understanding, as well as how to wash homeless blankets. The blinds on the window did not work, there were no curtains or tulle, respectively, as in a shop window, impassable dirt upon arrival: cobwebs, hair on the floor, a nightmare in the bathroom: mold, rot, the brush has never been in the toilet since the summer, probably, etc. etc. (see photo). Room on the 4th floor, smells of tobacco and cooking from the ground floor and the first floor inexplicably penetrated into the room. A separate issue is soundproofing. You can talk to neighboring numbers without raising your voice too much. You can hear how they go up and down the floor in need (moreover, legibly: small or large), coupled with the fact that sometimes the rooms were cleaned after midnight and the round-the-clock arrivals did not manage to sleep normally for a week. Plus it was very cold (in summer this is not a problem). In general, the hotel is suitable for deaf-smokers-unscrupulous walruses in the cold season and for deaf-smokers-unscrupulous non-walruses in the summer.
I will add about the organizer of the trip. There are no complaints about them, they were met on time, they explained everything on the way, they offered a local SIM card, they escorted us to the airport with "honours", they sympathized with our failure with the hotel, but they could not help. The main thing is that they themselves don’t know who they work with, in winter they have about 30 hotels according to the guide, in summer much more, of course they need to filter partners.
