According to the already established tradition, I only spent the night at the hotel, had breakfast and sunbathed by the pool in the morning. At Cinnamon Citadel, the pleasure of breakfast is doubled by gorgeous river and mountain views.
So many hotels in Kandy are located on the hills, they offer excellent views of the Mahaweli River and the mountain range. Sky Pavilion is from this series, but apart from the view and wifi in the rooms, it has nothing to offer guests.
Very bad hotel where they steal, do not recommend Stayed 1 night. The location is bad, nowhere to go out, nowhere to walk. The rooms are dirty, the towels are obscenely laundered, the shower tray with a dirty curtain.

We arrived in Colombo at 2pm. 30 min. since our tour began with excursions, we and two other couples of tourists were provided with a minibus, which took us to Kandy. 3.5 hours on a winding, traffic-laden road dragged on for a very long time.
Leaving for a restaurant for dinner, they left a wallet with money in the room. It was already after 21:00, no one is cleaning at this time and they thought no one would enter the room.
