The area is beautiful, the service is poor, there are no bathrobes in the room, the bed and towel are not changed for 2 weeks, cleaning is done once a week, the food is average.
We lived in Baltic 1. The staff is unfriendly. They act like we owe them something. They are often outright rude. The food is so-so. Almost everything that was for lunch was warmed up for dinner.
