I'll actually try. We booked a tour to Turkey to the best hotel in the region for a family trip with children Barut HEMERA. BY EARLY BOOKING. At the time of negotiations and discussions, the tour cost UAH 53 thousand, a day later the cost increased to UAH 83 thousand. .... we agreed, because we really wanted to take the children and an elderly mother to the sea, the HOTEL, as we were informed, confirmed and everything is fine, the documents were signed, the contract was handed to us, the reservation was confirmed.

The tour operator said that we do not fly to the selected and paid hotel on vacation.
In February 2021, we bought a tour to the Barut Hemera hotel we are interested in. Getting ready, going, I decided to check if everything is fine. I asked the manager for information on the tour (you never know) and here it turns out there is NO TOUR! More precisely, the hotel canceled the reservation, and the tour operator (if I had not asked) would have informed about this when? a week before leaving? From the proposals to resolve the conflict: 1) we will return the money WITHOUT a fine (what nobility) 2) another hotel - worse, but the same network.

flight to Turkey in May 2018 - flight delayed - 1.5 days of rest stolen, air Bravo (separate nightmare) December 2018 made a mistake in EGYPT flew with this tour company( Previously, I had NEVER been to Egypt, I warned the manager, clarified that I was flying with my mother and a small child and that warmth and always good food are important for us! the manager ASSURED that there were no flight delays for a YEAR - then she told me that the tour operator had the RIGHT TO AGREE to delay the flight for 12 hours WITHOUT compensation! 1) rescheduling the flight for 12 hours.

Poor quality, not professional
Did not like, not the number of days that was promised and the level of the hotel in Prague is not a triple, but a confident one! the familiar attitude of the guide Dasha Poor-quality package tours, galloping for an hour, let's say a little to those who hear, don't give a damn about the rest ... Broken headphones on the bus and non-retractable seats! Legs did not intermeddle, the whole trip was sideways! VERY bad organization, everywhere we were late and waited for a long time, it was especially striking that we had to wait for the escort herself and her group of friends.
