Better savage vacation than with Lanta tour!!!!!! My husband and I flew to Cuba in November 2011, a 15-day tour, we bought it in advance! When we checked into the hotel, it turned out that the tour operator had not paid for our vacation. The guide from the airport did not go to the hotel with us. Not a single phone number indicated on Lanta Tour Avenue worked!!! The meeting with the guide was supposed to be only on the 2nd day after our arrival.

Great hotel, beautiful island!
The hotel is excellent - clean, well maintained, cleaning and changing towels every day, hospitable staff, delicious cuisine, spacious rooms. The service is not intrusive, the staff will always meet, help and answer with a smile.

Great hotel - great vacation!
Rested from 8 to 23 in August 2009. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Clean and comfortable rooms, polite and hospitable staff. The rooms were cleaned every day, linen and towels were also changed every day.

Terrible service at the Laskovy Bereg hotel, Aurora building
Rested in Laskovyi Bereg Aurora in July 2008. To say that the experience of the hotel is terrible is to say nothing. The service is terrible from the front desk to the waiters.
