We came to the travel agency with the chosen hotel and departure date, the girl is very slow, we sat in her for 2 and a half hours, drawing up the contract, during this time the girl told absolutely nothing about the hotel and what is included in the price of the tour, she only went 10 times then from one office to another. When it came time to go to the airport, and we had a transfer to the airport included, our flight was rescheduled 6 times, as a result, we were delayed by more than a day, we were informed about the flight delay for some reason by the driver, and not by the girls from the company.

Normal hotel, 4 minus
Our vacation was supposed to start on November 8th, thanks to Joint Up, we postponed the flight for more than a day and we arrived at the hotel on the 9th at 23:00, as a result, instead of 7 days of rest, we got a full 5!
