Very good hotel, but the hotel guide is just awful!

I read a lot of bad reviews about this hotel, I don't know why. The hotel is just awesome. I decided to write my impressions. Vacationing with my husband. It took a very long time to choose between three hotels and settled on this, despite the conflicting reviews.
