Good hotel, but there are a few downsides
The hotel was recommended to me by a friend who had just returned from a vacation, and our tour operator confirmed that the hotel was good. We traveled with 2 adults and a 6 year old child.

Everything turned out not so bad?
We chose this hotel on the recommendation of our tour operator. We were very worried, because we had read reviews... prepared for the worst, even took a few bottles of water with us for a child?

Excellent hotel
The check-in went well (not counting the girl at the reception who rolled her eyes endlessly and with all her appearance made it clear how dear we all are to her)). We got a good room, they cleaned it every day.

Air conditioners are terrible
The hotel is not bad, a huge well-groomed territory, good food (the children's menu is varied and edible) Playground and not bad animation. BUT!....the air conditioners in the whole hotel can be said not to work and it's terrible when it's hot outside.
