My first negative review!
Somehow, when everything was cool - I didn’t even bother to write, but I think it’s necessary to write about the shortcomings - MANDATORY! Maybe then it will come to someone from the leadership, or at least to the tour operators!

Super holiday
There were three of us: me, husband and daughter 4 years old. We arrived at the hotel around 10 and were seated immediately. It was even possible to have time for breakfast before 11 o'clock, but by the time we got acquainted with the schedule, it was too late.
