beach - picturesque, clean and spacious, average level of comfort
The hotel itself and the rooms - everything as previously described - is completely flaky and battered (inspires optimism that the "patching" repair of the ceiling in the lounge area has started), but the next day you stop noticing it.

It could be worse
Very far from the sea, also on a hill - to walk along narrow streets, completely devoid of greenery. But the yard is shady, there are a couple of olive trees. Rooms are small, spacious enough balcony with a table, two chairs and a partial view of the mountains.

Comfort, hospitality and wonderful nature
