The hotel itself is good. I would say not bad for the Mexicans. Everything is done for them
We were here for 3 weeks. We have been to many places, but this hotel disappointed us. Everything is the same in terms of food and entertainment. Room service is a separate issue!

The hotel does not provide the services stated on the site
There's nothing here. THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM! We came as a company to the Royal Regency Club 5 * for ultra all inclusive on February 23.2021. We were recommended this hotel as ultra all inclusive!
