The secretary girl does not have any information at all, she was not even going to draw up a service contract for me. The office is a kennel, I was shocked. I don't know, maybe the Commandant's Office is better... They seem to specialize in Finnish visas.

Italy, Rimini - Cities of Art, Tour Light
I went with the tour operator Tez Tour to Italy. Bought the tour for my birthday. It turned out 14,000 rubles for breakfast. 2 excursions - to Venice and San Marino were also included. There are no complaints about transfers and excursions. Although we were settled not in Rimini itself, but in the suburbs of Viserba. The tour was called "Cities of the Arts" Light.

July 29 trip to Kotka
I will say right away that I am one of those people who try to enjoy any trip, no matter what. Previously, I already went 2 times from the company and there were no complaints. This time it was worse (I compare with other guides and conditions). In general, I liked the city, there are places to take a walk ... But the worst thing about the trip was that they turned off the ventilation in the bus, especially when they were driving back.

Bus trip to Finland
Very professional work: starting from the design by the dispatcher and ending with the work of the guide and driver. Very professional. I opened a visa, went to Lappeenranta. Even the lack of tea and coffee in the bus did not spoil the impression. The bus is good, with air conditioning and comfortable seats. And I was lucky with the group, there were a little careless comrades, but they also self-organized in the end, no one drank and so on.
