Unfriendly staff. Outdated repair. Terrible breakfast
They don't allow early check in even though we asked for it at booking. com. My husband and I went to Vilnius for the first time to celebrate my birthday. After a tiring overnight trip to Vilnius, when we arrived frozen at the hotel at 11 am, the reception staff were unfriendly and aggressive.
