Cheated on a hotel room. We agreed for a family room, but got a standard one. Of course, this issue was settled at the hotel for $ 80, but the sediment remained. When our eldest son forgot his mobile phone at the hotel reception while writing a review of the hotel, and we already found this on the bus on the way to the airport, we were assured that the tour operator would send everything to the office on the street.

A hotel where you can't stay.
Hotel EFTALIA AQUA RESORT shit is rare. They position themselves as 5* on the ULTRA ALL INK system, but that's not even close to 3*, let alone Ultra. Recently returned from a holiday in this hotel, still can not move away from this holiday.
