Disappointed completely!
Terrible hotel! I was completely disappointed, having arrived at the hotel at 12 at night with sleeping children in my arms, we stood in line for 40 minutes to check in at the hotel!

Excellent hotel! We will be happy to return again!
An excellent hotel, we arrived with 2 children and 2 adults, we checked in quickly, we were taken to the room, along with our suitcase, they called from the smiley service to ask if everything was enough for the children, everything that was missing was brought quickly and with a smile!
