A good place.
Yes, the hotel is of “Soviet architecture”, but not the worst example. The first and most important thing is that he is on the first line. But it is separated from the promenade (immediately behind the path there is a wide beach).

Typical city hotel in a very good location
Somehow everyone forgot that in Soviet times they simply proudly said: "We were at sea! " And where "lived" - it was not important. Ordinary hotel with ordinary rooms. Yes, something "played up", but relatively clean.

Nice hotel near the forest. For healthy people who are not overweight
Very unexpectedly received a lot of pleasure from the hotel! About good. If you are a tourist with legs and head (and not with a stomach and show-offs), then the hotel is simply wonderful!

The location and architecture is great. But the renovation is long overdue.
They drove in a crowd. We chose the location, not the condition of the hotel or the food. Very well located. All nomara go inside a pretty courtyard with palm trees. But the second floor is definitely better - there is a balcony (almost all rooms).

What I expected to see.
The main advantage of the hotel is its proximity to "civilization". For those who change their bed every day at home, eat only lobster and drink only tequila, the hotel is not suitable.
