We have stayed at this hotel twice now and will be going again. The check-in was quick and the first and second time. The second time even faster, we were placed in the block we asked for.

Horror!
I read bad reviews about the service at the hotel and did not believe it, I thought the intrigues of competitors. An no. I have a rest in this hotel and I am in shock for a week!
