Nice hotel but no good internet
Arriving at the hotel in the morning, we were immediately put on bracelets and sent for breakfast - for this the hotel is a plus. We had to wait about an hour or more for the room to be ready.

Good tour company, but representatives in hotels in Turkey fail
I bought a tour from Anex tour in Konakli (near Alanya) Xeno Eftalia Resort from 08/03/2020-08/09/2020. Upon arrival at the hotel, a representative from Anex, instead of sending us to lunch (we still had time for lunch, it was 13:50, and lunch until 14:00), at first he played for time, then he took us on an "excursion" to SPA-center. We are tired and hungry after the road, what a SPA center?!?!?! And they wanted to make money! He began to tell fables that only today and only now we have the opportunity to buy a spa at half price for $25 instead of $50, then there will be no discounts.
