Excellent customer service
I have been flying at sea with Arriva since 2010. Here I am always ready to recommend something interesting, something new. They work quickly, several times we managed to book last-minute tours, almost the last plane tickets. It is very nice when, upon arrival home, the guys contact Mona and ask about the rest, about the hotel. And I'm pleased, and the agency receives fresh information.

Good hotel. Liked it a lot
We arrived at the hotel early in the morning. We were treated to hot drinks, asked to wait a little while the room was prepared. We checked in much earlier than the scheduled time.

Winter fairy tale in Zakopane 2011
The New Year started off amazingly. My friends and I went to Zakopane, it was my first time, and they were already in the same place, which seemed strange to me, but soon I understood why ... beautiful nature; fresh mountain air (several hours were enough for sleep); large landscaped territory of the boarding house; But most of all I liked the attitude of the tour organizers to their work, in addition to the planned varied entertainment program, there were many other opportunities.
