The hotline of the travel agency is rude and there is no solution to problem situations
The hotel staff were rude to the guests. Paid services were not performed in full by the hotel staff. In response to complaints during a call to the hotline, Sanmar, an employee of this line, was rude, despite the fact that all telephone conversations are recorded, and hung up, rude!!! The problematic situation has not been resolved, although the travel agency takes money for the ticket and is obliged to compensate for the damage if the services are not performed by the hotel in a quality manner.

Terrible holiday, rudest staff
I rested at the end of September alone for 10 days. Of the pluses, a lot of acquaintances with people from different cities, a lot of interesting and fun communication. This is the only plus, thanks to which it was possible to endure everything that was happening in this hotel.
