very bad
We are from Kyiv, booked a double room with private facilities. The window in the room was deaf and didn't open at all. The linen was stale, the sheets were dirty, the mattress cover was in the hair of previous guests, and the towels were 15-20 years old, the blanket was smoky and had holes.
