Were recently in Vityaz, just awful. Very noisy, a lot of drunkards who are rowdy. As for the room, it was poorly cleaned, dust on the windowsill and TV, cobwebs in the corners, and a terrible sewer smell in the shower.

There were cockroaches in the room at night. My wife is very afraid of them. We asked to be moved to another room, we were promised this, but nothing happened. Upon check-in, it turned out that there were cigarette butts in the room. Although my wife and I do not actually smoke. As the maid later stated, he could have stayed after the last cleaning.

Just disgusting behavior of the staff, which does not respond to the requests of visitors! Incomprehensible screams behind the walls, although they asked for a quieter room and we were promised to find the best option. A man knocked on the door at night. The room was cozy, but the contingent of visitors strained me specifically!

The linen was stale, the sheets were dirty, the mattress cover was in the hair of previous guests, and the towels were 15-20 years old, the blanket was smoky and had holes. Shampoo was not given to us in the room, as it turned out they forgot.

We are from Kyiv, booked a double room with private facilities. The window in the room was deaf and didn't open at all. Shampoo was not given to us in the room, as it turned out they forgot. Breakfast was promised at 8.00, but the barmaid was 10 minutes late for work.

It's terribly cold in the rooms, of course I understand that this spring was not particularly successful, but guys, the rooms should be warm. Hotel "jump into the past"! Paid per night 85 UAH. The room has 4 beds, on the floor there is 1 shower room and 3 washstands for 10 rooms (I don’t remember exactly). For a room they take money from a person, and not for a room, and as a result we get 85 * 4 = 340 UAH. Although in terms of area - this is the usual standard.

Of course, if we think for the sake of economy, then we still got it cheaper than renting rooms on Dbl + 1. The beds are just awful, from ancient times. Naturally, we are not talking about any comfort. I can recommend this hotel only to those people who did not have time or for some reason could not check in elsewhere (or for young people who are on the beach during the day and go to clubs at night).
