Better than 4 stars. Very comfortable. It doesn't really have its own beach.
Reviews from 2 years ago are no longer valid! The owner stopped renting it out, and personally manages everything. Up to the presence of the type of ordinary guest at the "meal".

Beautiful park, clear sea. And few people
Every year there is silence, nature, god-dating. And nearby - hotels Hellas, Irey and others where you can "hang out"

Boarding house "Health-improving Complex Semidvorye"
This is not a hotel, but a boarding house. Once there was a pioneer camp of DneproGES, then a boarding house for power engineers of Ukraine. Newly renovated buildings, large protected area and beach.

excellent "with a minus" but with a lousy beach
I lived in building II, as someone already recommended here (buildings I and III are too close to the highway. When I checked in, I just asked for a room in buildings II or IV.

Unforgettable
Very nice place with a great park. Unique microclimate with constantly sunny days. Although the coast is moderately bouldery, you can’t find the best in these places. In addition, special swimming areas have been cleared for babies.
