Just super!!! You have outdated information - at the 5 * hotel!
Recently returned, and it seems to me that this particular hotel is undeservedly deprived of attention. We were in Thailand for the first time, having previously read hundreds of reviews on different sites.

5 * does not pull - strong 4 *
We did not choose it, it was done for us by TO Join UP! , after we did not pay for the rooms we booked in another hotel, we ended up at the Hilton. The hotel is not bad. A large territory, many pools, among them there are warm, medium-level SPAs, good food, a funicular that worked for 1.

Very poor service experience
Vacation ruined!!! We started by changing the transfer 2 days before departure (instead of 3 hours of a direct flight, we got 13 hours and waited 3 hours at the airport), upon arrival in Sharm El Sheikh we were loaded onto a bus, and after leaving the airport we were informed that we were being taken to another hotel, and when we started to resent (after all, we booked and paid for another hotel), the representative of JOIN UP rudely told us that we had 2 options.
