Service in restaurants is terrible / most of the staff only knows Turkish
Friends, I will not take your time for a long time, but I will only say that this hotel is far from 5 stars, and in terms of service, I would generally give it no more than 3.

Hotel - zhlobodrom, service - sucks
This was my 6th time in Egypt as a tourist. In addition, I worked in the tourism industry for 12 years. During this time I have visited hotels of different levels, but I have never seen such lawlessness anywhere else.
