Nice hotel but some flaws
My husband and I went on a weekend tour. Room is spacious, bathroom is large. The room has air conditioning, which is important at the beginning of October, when the central heating had not yet been turned on and it was necessary to heat the room with the air conditioner.

Good hotel, but rude staff and monotonous food
The hotel was on tour "Bulgaria Summer Cocktail" Accord tour. Large rooms that were carefully cleaned every day and bed linen changed every other day. The area is small but well maintained.
