Worst vacation in my life
I was in Cuba for the sixth time, so there is something to compare with. Firstly, our suitcase did not arrive on ours, so it was sent later. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the reception was informed about the situation, but everything, apparently, went unnoticed.
