great location, average general level
PROS; very close to the ski lift - max 200 m, new solid furniture in the room, polite and helpful staff, cleanliness in the rooms, MINUSES: mediocre food, depreciation of the pool area (mosaic / tiles / taps fell off in the shower room, cool air in the pool.

Cons: intractability under the terms of the contract (an exaggerated reference to the inviolability of the text of the contract due to the position of the operator), an unacceptable change in the departure time - a day is lost and it is difficult to get rid of the impression that until the last moment they promised the best departure time in order to lure the client, and then explain they say, an article in the contract; incorrect information about visas in the information sheet, which said that you buy a visa at the entrance and does not say a word about the possibility in certain situations NOT to buy a visa at all (when you do not leave the territory of the hotel, it turns out minus $ 30 for no reason.
