Excellent hotel for 3* category
I have been many times in Egypt, Turkey, India in hotels of different categories, so there is something to compare with, but I went to Sri Lanka for the first time, to be honest, I was preparing for the worst, but I was very pleasantly surprised !

The receptionists ruined the whole impression of the hotel
I got the impression that the hotel reception staff only think how to rip off money from tourists. Our flight was at 21:00, we were picked up from the hotel at 17:00, the room was handed over at 12:00.
