I went with my wife on the recommendation of a travel agent to this hotel. Alva Donna is considered to be one of the best in Turkey. We flew from Join UP from Kyiv. This is where it all started!

the hotel was the third time. check-in, despite the fact that we are, as it were, regular customers, did not go very well. Arrived at 9:00 and checked in at 12:00. The corals do not have the beauty that they had in 2017.

good hotel, bad service
I chose it randomly on the website, the hotel itself is close to the European standard, but during the 6 days of rest the room was not cleaned, the linen was not changed, the toiletries were not staffed, the approach to the sea is terrible, the smell of human waste haunts from beginning to end of the beach if it can be called a beach, the parking lot is small, you have to wait for someone to leave to take a seat, the entrance to the hotel is not convenient, you have to drive through two bazaars
