I ordered (for my mother) over the phone a junior suite, 1-bed, 1-room. . When ordering, they were guided by the office. the site of the sanatorium, in a conversation they asked MULTIPLE TIMES: does the information on the site correspond to reality?

Buying and issuing a ticket on the spot - three!! queues + three offices in different buildings!! 1.5 hours of time + self-filling of questionnaires!!! - in the neighboring sanatorium, all this is in one room and 10 minutes of time.
