Tour operator ruined vacation
We will try not to use the services of this operator again and will not advise our friends ... It all started with the fact that they forgot to bring the documents to us at the airport! During lengthy negotiations with the support service (from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm), the documents were found with some other courier, but the plane (which was at 11 am) had already left .
