Bad hotel! . Disgusting customer service!
Visited this hotel from 07/04/2016 to 07/14/2016. The advantage of the hotel is only one - a beautiful view from the balcony, of course, if the balcony overlooks the sea.

Softly lay - hard to sleep
Bought a package tour to Greece on the island of Crete. Bought the tour almost 2 months before the departure date. Departure date changed 4 times. We found out about the last change of departure at the airport. We spent 10 hours at the airport. Initially, according to the assurances of the "cute" girls from TUI and the issued electronic tickets, we had to land on the land of the beautiful island of Crete on 07/26/2012 at 3:40 pm local time, and as a result, we arrived on 07/27/2012 at 2:30 pm.
