Good location, helpful staff
We rested at the hotel at the end of February (2117). In general, the impressions were pleasant. The first thing we noticed was the hospitality and willingness of the administrators to solve any problems.

Would never return.
There was a good price for a certain period, so we chose this hotel. Check in was a real nightmare. We were settled for an hour and a half, or rather, our struggle for a clean bed lasted so long.

Very bad pruning
Chord was chosen because Tango Travel did not confirm its tour. Main remarks: Guide - Maryana, it seemed that this is a stranger. He cannot connect two words during the tour, no comments or accompaniment. When on the third day of the trip the group rebelled, read like Brezhnev on a piece of paper what he quickly found on the net and not for long. After moving from Krakow to Prague we stopped for breakfast at 4 am !! Accordingly, in Prague at 6 am they got off the bus (no matter how it rained) and announced a free hour until 8.
