Ambiguous impression
Rested in August 2019 with a guy in this hotel. After reading reviews that tourists are often relocated to a nearby hotel, I began to get nervous. And I wrote to the hotel with a request to clarify the reservation in our names.

Quiet rest
We were pleasantly surprised! Although the hotel has only 3 stars, even many 5 star hotels can learn from the quality of service. Topalovi is clean and comfortable. The room has everything you need.

I’ll write right away that for those who are waiting for golden toilets, this hotel is not suitable - look for more expensive options. We were looking for a budget vacation, since we were not picky and went for the sake of the sea, then minor flaws did not bother us.

The best!
Choosing a country for a honeymoon, we stopped again in Bulgaria. The calm atmosphere in Nessebar really bribed us. We are already regular Timetogo tourists, so this time we flew again with them. Manager Marina did an excellent job, we noticed an error in the documents in time and she quickly corrected everything. Organization at the highest level. Our worries about flight delays were in vain - the departures were timely.

Okay, but there are nuances
First I want to say that we bought the tour "Budapest + Vienna" in the travel agency "Guide" - there are no complaints about them. The girls answered all my questions, the tour was arranged quickly, everything was explained. The partner through which they carry out bus tours, Accord Tour, is actually writing a review about his work. Having stumbled upon negative comments about this tour operator on the last day before the trip, we were upset and expected the worst.

And again TimeToGo
Last year we traveled through TimeToGo to Bulgaria and were very satisfied. Therefore, this time the tours were considered only with them. At first we planned to go to Greece, we spontaneously gathered for the trip, and the manager Marina did her best to pick up a tour for us as quickly as possible. But because of the same spontaneity, we realized that we would not be able to go to Greece financially, so we quickly changed course to Egypt.

Only positive emotions
Chose a travel agency based on reviews. At first, of course, I was alarmed by the fact that only positive reviews. But then they realized that the reviews were not earned in vain. We thank the travel agency and separately the manager Marina for a well-organized vacation. I want to note that here they select a separate approach for each tourist. We did not have to call every time and remind who we are and what issue we are calling about.

ruined holiday
We rested in August 2015. As soon as we entered this hotel, we were met by an unpleasant woman who every now and then tried to close her mouth and get nasty in every possible way.
