Good hotel but...
We are resting here now, as a family, 2 adults and 2 children. Check-in: we immediately paid for a family room, and since we arrived at about 18.00 there were no problems.

The hotel is not 5 * as stated, they are too lazy to clean, wi fi catches very badly, constantly rally
We arrived closer to dinner, settled us without any problems and very quickly. But no one offered to help bring the suitcases into the room, even taking into account the fact that we were resting with a friend - 2 girls))) As for the food - a typical all-inclusive, nothing new, rather friendly waite...
