NIGHTMARE! If in one word.
I was forced to settle in this "hole", as I was going on a business trip, which coincided with the worldwide gathering of Jehovah's Witnesses, and it was extremely problematic to find a free place in Lviv.

HORRIBLE SERVICE is all you need to know!
We celebrated a SIGNIFICANT EVENT with a company, I was sure that ANYONE would not be able to spoil the mood these days, but I was wrong! Despite the great location, great views and clean air, the hotel has a "HUGE HOLE" in management and staff.
